The other day, I was chatting on a Discord server about how people manage their photos, which keep piling up each year. I asked which cloud service they use, and one person replied, 'Save them offline.' That really struck me because I haven't invested in offline storage devices in years, and I realized I wasn't storing anything offline.
I am trying both the ways nowadays. Sometimes I wake up early to avoid the rush and I feel so groggy waking up earlier than usual that I slow-mo the morning routine. Sometimes when I wake up little late, I'm fully wake from the get go that I manage to rush through the routine. In both cases I reach the end around similar times. I am not sure which one I prefer, maybe not sticking to one makes the morning a little less boring.
I think they happen naturally if you are visiting same place weekly at the same time. The waiter/cashier/or anyone who is regular to that coffee shop would try to initiate some interaction with you.
Visit a 'third space' at a consistent time weekly, e.g. coffee shop, bar, library, gym (note: the point is not to practice pickup lines, it's to get used to being around people. If you go regularly, you'll start to feel comfortable with the other regulars)
Level 1: Go outside Level 2: Go outside regularly Level 3: Respond to interactions Level 4: Initiate interactions Level 5: Make friends
I wish I could get to Level 2 at least.
I am a root user, yes but I only use it for migrate, a custom rom backup & restore tool.
Coming to Tasker, I tried so hard to figure it out but couldn't do it for my use case of having custom gestures. I like to have profiles depending on whether I am home or outside, will give it one more shot for this.
So if that's the happiest moment of his in the last decade, he probably didn't end up with her. Ouch.
