Has anyone actually been corrected for ordering a large? I rarely get Starbucks because I actually enjoy the taste of coffee, but every barista I've had couldn't give less of a shit when I ordered a large coffee.
The only time I get weird looks is when I say no cream or sugar.
They also don't care if you tell them the name for the order is Spiderman, and they'll announce spiderman when they bring it to the pick up area
I don't go often or out of my own volition but the times I've been they never say anything and when they do it's just repeating my order back with their size terms instead.
Trenta is only for certain cold drinks, mainly iced coffee, tea, cold brew, and refreshers. Other than that, it's venti for hot and cold drinks.
I personally avoid Tim's like the plague. If no other choice is available, Starbucks it is.
Tbf, saying "I'd like a big coffee" isn't really a thing. A large coffee sure, but a big coffee? He got what he deserved 😤
"Yeah. "Large" is large. In fact, "tall" is large, and "grande" is Spanish for large. "Venti" is the only one that doesn't mean large. It's also the only one that's Italian. Congratulations! You're stupid in three languages."
