It's not necessarily a lack of options, it's also about the inertia of having the job and getting over the hump of deciding to look elsewhere. You know you can get another job, but doing that is work, so you have to decide if the BS of the current job is enough to warrant the effort of finding a new place.
He's a POS for sure, but this whole case seems like they're trying to blame him for them not doing their DD. He a) owned a 50% stake in the copyright, and a judge found that gave him permission to make and distribute copies as he sees fit, b) He said quite publicly that distributing it was his intent, c) He didn't try to hide the fact that he distributed it, and d) all that happened before his conviction. It should have been plainly obvious that there were physical and digital copies made and distributed before the auction took place.

Thinking about it, I feel like having the nacelles as close to the middle of the ship might actually make more sense. If they're creating a warp bubble around them, it would be centred on the nacelle, so having it centrally placed would balance the 'amount' of warp bubble around the entire ship
Well, if Hawaii didn't want to get invaded, it shouldn't have put itself in an ideal defensive location for the USA in the pacific, it's their fault really
In household wiring polarity does matter, especially if you are assembling plugs. Only one of the three wires is carrying live current (hot), the other two are the neutral return path, and ground which is for safety. If you accidentally switch polarity, you can cross hot to neutral and cause a short circuit.
