Blue and white for Hanukkah and I can see Santa and his reindeer just to the left and above the Empire State Building

But really, no idea what those lights in the clouds are. Not glass reflection since I’m pretty sure I was on the balcony, could be a building but that is a lot taller than the others, could be aliens.
