This move is a part of the plan to transform the platform into an “everything app” like WeChat, following Elon Musk’s ambition.
I'm still not sure why anyone would ever trust anything that Elon Musk is involved with anymore. He's basically made himself into a half assed Bond villain at this point.
Is it even ethical to use that platform anymore? I feel like any decent people still there only legitimise that disinformation and hysteria generating machine.
