That's not the sort of community I thought I'd be commenting on, but here we are.
The genre is often referred to as "Rogue-Lite". Not quite a Rogue Like but bears the same hallmarks:

Before this gets too long, if you want something more bite sized and are open for slightly different gameplay loops, check out Vampire Survivors and the likes. 20 Minutes Till Dawn, Brotato...
Love that game too, although I never got too deep into it.
It's using a few of the same cues as the others but you build a deck of cards to play in encounters instead.
So think of it mostly as a card game at it's core.

Though I feel like it is a lot less replayable compared to binding or hades. I got around 20 hours before I ran out of stuff to do and the upgrades simply do not make the game as silly as binding.
Still a very cute, lovely game though
I will say, it was a lot less replayable before the new update. However, with the new additions, and the new (in-game) daily challenge dungeons, it definitely as a lot more of a replayable factor than it did before. It's still not quite a Binding of Issac/Gungeon experience, but it's definitely a lot closer than when it first launched. Would like to see more replayability added in later on though.
