Polydactyly
Polydactyly or polydactylism (from Greek πολύς (polys) 'many', and δάκτυλος (daktylos) 'finger'), also known as hyperdactyly, is an anomaly in humans and animals resulting in supernumerary fingers and/or toes.

I saw the picture and just thought, “generative AI”. Poor people with this, now everyone will think your photos aren’t real.
AI probably had some of these images in the training set. Might actually help explain why they stuck at hands so much.
If they all work well, it'd be pretty fun to play things on the piano or organ that no one else would be able to!
I just assume the shape would preclude it. I can't find any records of bats having that defect in their wings and it's supposedly much rarer than humans to have it in their feet.
