NPR had a story this morning about Germany approving a monument to the Jehovah's Witnesses persecuted under the Nazis.
This is something I don't think I'd heard of before. I've been guilty of cracking jokes about them and their rampant door-to-door activity before, but reading about what happened has definitely changed my opinion.
Posting here in case this is news to anyone else.
