YES
Only thing they missed was a popup asking me to please not leave if I move my mouse near the top edge of the tab.
My rule is the first bullshit to popup I flip to reader mode. If it doesn’t display in reader mode, it’s wasting my time, time to close.
It's so real that I had to enable 3rd party scripts in uBlock Origin to get past the second page, is that intentional?
At first I thought it was a picture and didn't get it until I realized it was a site and I could click on things.
It is disturbingly accurate. I have a script blocker so there's the added step of trying to figure out the bare minimum scripts required to run the site.
Nowadays, when I see news about some new law that's gonna ruin the web I just have a sad chuckle. That ship has sailed. And they didn't even need shitty laws to do it.
In my default browser with all extensions it's a great experience. had to switch browsers to get why it was posted.
Good CaptainObvious. The site has been made on purpose to illustrate these behaviors, there's no function/cookies/logic code behind. Switching browser doesn't change anything as it is fake.
Jeez....
How I experience the web today?
By not visiting a shitty websites and cliché shit like these. It's not that hard. And it feel much better than acting like old man shouting at the sky on the internet.
