Game pass + premium edition upgrade users cannot launch
Nobody on game pass that bought the upgrade cant launch the game, says too early.

Edit: managed to get in 33 minutes later after "early" launch
Not sure if a coincidence or not but on Xbox with the GamePass + Premium I was finally able to get it to work by opening up the digital artbook first, starting that and then going back to the main game and opening that again.

Edit: Also the digital artbook was a separate 16GB download that I had to manually install by going to manage (on the premium upgrade icon).
I was just able to get in with PC game pass upgrade. I installed and opened the art book. Not sure if that did something or just needed more time.
Damn, glad I didn't jump on buying that just yet. Hopefully they get it sorted out soon though
