Floyd's charges relate to an effort to get a Georgia poll worker to assist in the alleged scheme to overturn Trump's loss to President Joe Biden.
This is the co-defendant who also assaulted an FBI agent. He's been denied bond, and is still in jail as "a risk to commit additional felonies," according to Judge Emily Richardson, and will remain there until his bond hearing on the other case with Judge Scott McAfee.
