Wild reptile on my reaper plant, friend or foe?

I know nothing about this lizard other than it's friend shaped. Take that as you will

If it tastes spicy, it's eating the peppers.

If they’re eating your leaves you will know quick. I would think they would eat bugs.

I may be wrong but it looks like a juvenile green iguana, in which case it's a herbivore and eats mainly leaves. Cute though
