9 years ago this man went to a Magic the Gathering tournament and documented all of the buttcracks

Yeah why does it always usually feel the other way around (XYZ thing happened 15 years ago?? I thought that was last year!) but for this one I had the same reaction as you, "only 9 years?".
Obama was still president. How's the age now? I feel like it's been an eternity. Not a limbo type of thing, but more of a "Different Strokes" theme keeps playing but skips right back to the beginning before hitting the chorus...for so many years...
All while showcasing his own from the opposite angle. I believe he got banned as a result but not sure if it ever was rescinded or just expired. Classic either way
An IT professor just told me he had to go over basic hygiene with his class. Sometimes stereotypes exist because they're true.
It's funny, I visited a technologie University the otherday. It was open to the public. Two student were talking about a 3rd one. Saying the guy didn't wash and spent his time studying.
Honestly? it should have been longer.
Yes, it is funny and yes it very much highlights the reason why "nerds dress like slobs" and "smash players reek of feces" are painfully true stereotypes and there should be more effort to explain to people what a belt and a shower are.
But this was REAL fucked up. Taking pictures of people's asses and posting them online with no permission. Imagine if those were women in low rider jeans or cleavage or whatever. It is a massive invasion of privacy (and particularly a "safe space" given how many MtG players view things) to create and post "sexualized" photos mocking people.
This is a shit take, maybe the worst take I've seen in a while, so much so I had to write this comment.
If you're in public you're in public. You are responsible for your image, if you sit in a chair with your ass crack visible that is on you.
Is this a joke? You can't see the guy's face and his crack is exposed for the world to see. You expose that to the public, and this is fair game. Wouldn't make a difference if it were a woman.
They're letters. Not sure which ones, but definitely letters. Just a weird font. I definitely see what you're saying though.
Alright yes those are definitely letters now that I zoomed in but what I'm talking about for those that don't see it
Looks like they say "H E R C"? Does his other hand read "U L E S"? Is that a Klumps reference?
I have been in hundreds of packed rooms before, but I have never experienced a packed room that smells as bad as a room packed with MTG fans.
There was recently a "movement of the month" or however you'd call it where everybody decided to post vintage memes, and I think somebody seized the opportunity to make a space for it and ride the wave.
Last month, it was beans.
Lemmy has very limited content right now - don't like it? Start creating your own content, maybe it'll make it to the top of all as well
In the sense that we are trying to get back to a time when our platform of choice wasn't a cesspool, yes.
I knew what I was going to see and I clicked through anyway. Why did I do that? Why did I keep on clicking past the 18+ filter?
