Red Bull has been made to abandon its plans to adopt special liveries at the Singapore and United States Grands Prix as part of weight-saving measures in Formula 1.

PS: of course they are in a situation where every milliseconds they can gain, including by restricting their car's weight, is essential.
Is RB overweight? I can't imagine 6oz of paint instead of 6oz of weights at the floor is worth much time.
The position of the weight and its effect on the centre of gravity would affect time.
Then there is the effect of the paint on airflow to consider.
