If we are talking solely about android installs, I consider lineageos or a variant to be the best. simple, customizable, and not bloated.

there's a lot of inconsistencies with Nothing, you don't really notice at first but it's hard to unsee
I realize it said "major Android skins" but really wish there would have been some love shown to LineageOS's AOSP + Trebuchet.
I disagree with this order. Specifically, I prefer the Sony skin over my current Pixel 7's skin (which imo while being pretty great overall is missing some basic features that OneUI and SonyUI have had for a long time).
Looking at the article, their only issue with it is that the support is only 4 years, while Google offers 7.
What? Not saying it's not valid (we all want longer software support!), but wtf does length of software support have to do with rating the UX? They are completely separate things.

Yeah unfortunately their inclusion of that kind of renders the whole list pointless. This was actually just a list of manufacturers ranked by their update policies.
