How can you have a healthy life without dosing yourself heavily with misanthropy, a misplaced sense of elitism and cultural references which alienate you from people in real life
I would love to try to do a 100% healthy lifestyle, but then I would have no free time for hobbies and socializing.
There's too little fucking time to do everything and yet I have it a lot more than average people.
Doesn't have to be 100% and definitely doesn't have to completely change overnight. Even a 1% improvement is a victory.
