Holy shit. I thought it was just going to show the open windows being ripped off. Though, I'm sure those are partially to blame for the outcome.
Opening all the windows may have prevented it - would have equalized the pressure between inside and out. I've seen it first hand while living in Florida. A hurricane rolled through and tore the roofs off all the buildings in a neighborhood, except this BBQ restaurant that kept all their windows open:
At least this has an obvious reason for the windows coming off. In West Taiwan, the sides of building just fall off
