"Looks forward to her day in court" It's very likely this woman has never faced a single consequence for any of her actions in the entirely of her life and her response to all of this shows that. Unfortunately it's also very likely she'll just get a slap on the wrist and a vigorous finger wagging at best.

They always say this with such unearned bluster before their day in court actually arises.
“This prosecution, initiated just a few weeks prior to absentee ballots being dropped, is based on misleading reports from a partisan newspaper about a notarization of an employee verification background report, the truth of the contents which have not been questioned in any manner,” Amesty wrote.
