"Only Murders in the Building" returns for Season 4 with a brand new mystery and a promising visit to Hollywood
Once we spotted that the end of the episode points to a certain person being the killer and then in the subsequent one, work out that it's not pattern, then it kinda got a little annoying?
Using the same twist at the end of every episode kinda cheapened the part where we the viewer were working it out with them as we were crossing people off the list right when they were trying to prove it was them. It started to make the next episode feel like a waste of time as we already knew they were on the wrong path because we had worked out the shows formula.
Just saw the first episode of season 4. Man, that seems to be way darker than previous seasons. That ending of the episode was cold - after building up Charles' concern for Sazz over the whole episode.
On the flipside, OMITB's crazy star guest appearances continue with Scott Bakula actually APPEARING ON THE SHOW after having been mentioned so often, three A-lister actors appearing as actors for the main cast trio and I think I spotted some other Hollywood people in the background of the party.
