Well, Everett did way more damage than the first guy! If Everett saw what Everett was doing, he'd smash their face into the cement!
I've been wondering since I fist started reading these; what the hell is Everett wearing? Is he wearing a onesie and a cardigan?
It’s a tailcoat and striped pants aka Morning Dress or Formal Day Dress. 
He just wears his pants up to his nipples like Steve Urkel
The height of the pants makes me think of Oliver Hardy.
Laurel & Hardy came later than E True, but I wonder if it was an old vaudeville archetype.
