Does the Xiaomi 14 have something similar to Samsungs "Adapt Sound" feature?

"Adapt Sound" basically does a hearing test and then automatically equalizes your headphones or speakers accordingly. I have a hearing impairment and need this feature.

The Mi 10t Lite 5g does, or at least something similar. I found a guide to it while looking for a way to turn off the headphone safety limit. I'll try to find it again now 👍

EDIT: under Settings - Sound & Vibration - Sound Effects, there's a section called Sound Optimisation that has a Volume Adjustment sub section. You need headphones connected to open the section, but I'm pretty sure that lets you set the sound to your preferences :)

If it doesn't you could probably try to manually adjust the volume in each ear.
