I don’t understand it, but there are at least three places near me that have news stories about getting busted that are now open. I personally don’t go to them though. Once they’ve been busted, they’re off my list.
Regarding places that have been busted being crossed off your list, do you feel that they will likely be a target of LE again?
There were about 4 or 5 parlors in my area busted over 5 years ago at least, they all reopened rather quickly. Some under new names. But I've been to all of those spots. There are about 25 parlors within no more than 15 minutes drive of me.

That was my thought at first. These places aren’t exactly discrete. They reopen in the same places, all look the same and have the same clientele. It seems like if they have already been busted, any LE department should essentially have them on speed dial to crack down on again.
But then last night as I was looking up some things I found the place that used to be my favorite was busted a few years ago. And I went there for months this year with no problem. So I am changing my mind on that.
I just got some intels about this spa. Nobody was arrested in the operation. And now the MMS is operating in a hotel...
