Oregon’s Measure 114 is constitutional, federal judge rules regarding gun control law

U.S. District Judge Karin J. Immergut ruled that Measure 114's ban on the sale or manufacture of large-capacity magazines and required permit to purchase a gun requirement are constitutional.
