Sorry for the dumb question but if I install android can I still switch games through cartridge or quick switch back to the oem switch OS?

If been looking into using my switch as an emulator and was wondering if I could still use my switch as a switch if I were to go through with the jailbreak.

Android boot shouldn't effect using the switch normally but you still have to switch to emuMMC or OEM to play switch games

Usually you create a new partition on your SD, only for android base system. Rebooting from android with holding vol - button will bring you up to hekate / payload where you can boot whatever you want, atmosphere or ofw, etc.
