There is a technique browsing through the listing. They gave you a phone number, right? Just Google that phone number, then you will know where it is. I just put that phone number in your page to Google, and I found the spa and its address in Rubmaps.
There are other cases that the number is not listed. You will need to text them to find out. It might be an independent MT, which she will give you an address after the screening. Or it is just another AMP.

You would just text the temporary number in that case and try to make an appointment, then ask location, then do more research if you can. Be wary of scams and keep whatever information you can private. If you don't know anything other than that temporary number you can't really read reviews and verify they are real. However I would think those types of ads are somewhat safer depending on what you are looking for. I think some of them are agencies which can be good or bad
