someone posted an old meme. memers memed in response, and we are now living blissfully in the eye of a cat-5 meme tornado.
Technically, old memes are “memes that happened before now”, so I guess this checks out…
Why do we use this meme to ask about things if the whole point of the meme is you won't ask? It seems like a bad use of the template.
Btw, I have no idea how it started either. My guess is people just had old memes saved and wanted to post them to give more content.
