The slow-down of the Southern Ocean circulation, a dramatic drop in the extent of sea ice and unprecedented heatwaves are all raising concerns that Antarctica may be approaching tipping points.
Yeah, I've seen we're looking at a 50/50 chance to exceed 2 degrees by 2050. But it sounds like if that doesn't happen it will just happen later than that. Unless of course we drastically change how we do things but... $$$$
