This, but somehow it's working out quite well for me. The way it usually goes is that things will become more chaotic until the part that craves order has had enough and will establish order again. Whether that is cleaning the house, making a planning, or tydiying up code. It's helpful, because autism enforces a certain amount of order and stability while ad(h)d causes the necessary chaos to explore other options.
Whenever I need a change I just switch my plasma theme. Whenever I don't need one though, life has other plans.
This is why until 2010, the two were considered to be mutually exclusive. There's overlap but in a lot of ways theyre almost polar opposites.
