FYI there is already a Firefox fork called Fennec
I have nothing to do with your software, just saw this sub by random chance.
I would like to warn you that the Fennec name is already taken by a Firefox fork for android. It might get confusing once you want to upload your client to f-droid repos.
How to get latest updates automatically
While we're not on the google play store, you can use Obtanium.
Short tutorial:
- download Obtanium
- go to "Add App"
- type in "https://github.com/nick-delirium/lemmy-fennec/" to the first field and add the app.
Voila! Now you will get all new releases automatically or notified about it if you will chose "track only" mode.
