Superintendent Tawana Grover said she has ‘no regrets’ about the $220 bond question, as it gave the district a chance to ‘reengage our community.’
On Sunday I saw lots of people in Manhattan Park and lawn chairs set up on the grass in front of the Educational Leadership and Support Center.
Are there other spots that native Cedar Rapidians recommend to watch fireworks tonight?
Might be a tough one to pull off into something useful.

I'll go first: LP Street Food never looked very good to me, I avoided trying it for years. Turns out they actually have a pretty interesting menu, most of it as well executed, and a great patio where you can just hang out with the family and have a beer and some snacks and ice cream for the kids.
