Broadly, Idiopathic inflammatory-demyelinating disease, along with childhood head trauma that left me with things like aphasia and visual snow, and the effects of long term chronic pain from severe rheumatoid arthritis. CPTSD plays a role as well.
I bought this one, but it's easier if you can find an older one that doesn't have encrypted firmware as mentioned in this evil dirty guide I totally don't recommend :) https://forum.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=19634
People around me don't understand why I spent 4 hours learning which UHD drive to buy and how to flash it to take back MY media.
It's funny you say that because I have some neurological conditions that give me memory issues and about every 3 years sometimes shows are almost new to me. I might remember some moments, but a lot of it is just gone. I rewatch Stargate SG1, all 10 seasons like it's almost new every three years and it's really the silver lining to a crappy problem.
It forces software on your system you don't want and when you try remove it it reinstall itself just like a virus. Windows 11 especially is trash.
My Charger's Irratainment system decided to update during traffic in Dallas rush hour (I don't live there) and it took my navigation with me until I could regoogle my phone enough to use that.
They really are both just awful. I've yet to find a search engine as good as Google was 10-15 years ago.
Well still explains why it's so bad. Bing is just as bad with paid results, to the point it has to pay people to try to get them to use it.
Nothing based on Chrome is an option because Google is evil and thinks it can control my computer, Brave customer service literally made fun of me for not liking the way they took over my homepage regularly years ago, Opera is just adware, and Firefox is about all that's left. Even though it's losing more options every update and on mobile it's complete garbage now with everything centered around their homepage so they can try to serve me ads that I can luckily turn off for now.
