@lemm.eeI mean, he is still a troll. Just a very dedicated troll. He lost all that weight and then he called everyone who couldn't see that coming (wonder why) an idiot, which I think is a sentiment to his character.
Great video! The way I've always seen it is that since there are superpowers both in the hand of good and bad people it becomes the job of the good people to prevent the bad ones using their powers for bad stuff and only that. But I mean at the end of the day these movies are just pulp designed to turn your brain off with for a few hours so there's that.
Yes, that's exactly it in my opinion. You either know can trust the word of someone or you know you can't. Swearing on your mother life has exactly as much meaning as giving someone the pinky promise.
While right now that may not be the case, but as someone who looked into the topic I can definitely say that it has similar potential. It's just that a lot of companies just duct-tape AI onto their product and the result they get is usually shitty. But if you ignore all those "projects" that are obviously meant to fail, there are some promising projects and applications for AI that are actually made by people who understand what they are doing, the limitations and the upsides of the technology and they may just make products that are indeed useful.
Sorry for the undecipherable wall of text, it's early in the morning for me.
