@sopuli.xyzThe Yakuza games alternate wildly between being extremely serious dramas about underworld crime, and extremely light hearted and wacky side quests. Some people might find the change in tone breaks immersion, but I find the two extremes increase the impact of each other. When a game is serious all the time I get numb to it, there needs to be a variety of lighthearted content for me to really feel the impact of when things get heavy.
It seems to me like most PC gamers don't touch mods unless there's an easy automated way to install them, something like steam workshop or maybe a mod manager if they're feeling adventurous. It's true that mods are harder to do on linux/deck right now, but I'm hoping with the rise of official mod managers that support linux it won't be any harder. Games that use steam workshop or have built in mod support (like BG3 and Deep Rock Galactic) are already just as easy to install mods on deck compared to windows.
I think the Deck is in a nice place where it streamlines the gaming experience for most people, but still gives you the option to do more advanced things if you want.
I don't think they should stop sales, but they should offer refunds at the publisher's expense if the issue isn't resolved within X number of days.
This definitely feels like terrorist attack tactics, since it does more to cause fear than actually fatalities. You make some really good points though, it's unfortunate that you're getting so many downvotes for factual information.
As for the terrorist group designation, you can see a list of all countries and entities that consider Hezbollah a terrorist group here.. It does include both the European Union and the United States, along with many other countries. There are some countries that don't consider them a terrorist group, notably Russia, China, and North Korea.
There was a bug with that, caused both by Decky Recorder and by having Valve's own game recorder turned on. Uninstalling Decky Recorder and making sure the built in recorder is turned off before entering desktop mode seems to fix it.
Honestly, with the Raspberry Pi 5 costing as much as it does, I'd definitely check out some mini PCs on Amazon as well. There are several in the $100-150 range that are pretty decent, and won't require additional purchases like a case and additional storage.
The guy's laptop broke shortly after he got his deck, so it was more an act of desperation than a willing choice.
I'd recommend trying the "Pause games" decky plugin, it can pause the game process immediately before suspending which fixes most of the audio bugs.
