Small Business Tyrants are the core of the Republican Party. There's maybe not as many jet-ski dealership owners in colorado as some other places.
She got hers and her husband got a ton of money as well. She can easily dip out of politics, do a little PR on the way out, and effectively retire from public life.
She also pointed to a lack of outside help, and low GOP turnout.
