He is Peruvian-Japanese, born in Lima. His Japanese name is Kenya (I had some Japanese-Peruvian/Brazilian friends as a kid, and they usually were forced to have a Japanese and Latino name). Both Brazil and Peru have a bunch of Japanese immigrants, so much that influenced the local culture. And I believe they also have a bunch of Peruvians and Brazilians immigrants in Japan.
Also, Fujimori is a fucking weirdo, he tortured his own wife. Forced the Army to march so his favorite son, Kenji (Gerardo) Fujimori, could have see it. Made his oen daughter (Keiko Sofia Fujimori, the one that always lose an election) first lady when his wife ran away. And Fujimori attempted to join a NeoNazi party in Japan. Kenji and Keiko hate each other. They had rival far right parties. Kenji got in some trouble and lost his party. Keiko is a failure and everyone hates her, she is also going to jail. People in Peru jokes that Dina became the first female dictator before Keiko.
