How is Cult of the Lamb? I almost pulled the trigger on it but I heard the combat gets real repetitive.
You heard right. The roguelike aspect of it is just ok imo, but when you mix it with the base building and resource management it becomes really addictive.
Bosses are good but there isn't a lot of variety in how a run goes. Like how in Hades, EtG or Isaac the rewards you get absolutely change your strategy, that's the gold standard for me.
You can move the church around?!?
Ps. I just beat the piss out of this game, and I wish there was more of it
