At their peaks, black panther is the head of a hyper advanced society and spawn usurps god.

I think spawn would win.

Black Panther is just a dude on drugs, dressed like a cat. Sure, he's got a god behind him on a good day, but it's just some old animal god... fucking Khonshu could probably deal with that cat, and he's been known to rummage in the loony bin morgue for followers...
