One of my former coworkers married the daughter of one of nazi Wehrmacht generals. The dude literally was "rehabilitated" in whats basically an American citizenship class course then set free after he could name like 20 presidents and went on to become one of the high judges of West germany.
The NSDAP lost the war but won the peace. There was no ideological or political break between Nazi germany and post-war Nazi Germany, they're the same political entity with different stationary.

It's a known algorithm/click bait trick to put your face in the thumbnail. Videos with the creator's face is visible get more views than videos with just a voice over. It's created problems for non-white and/or "unattractive" creators because people are assholes. If I remember right, VideoGameDunkey Kong (or whatever his name is) is black and he probably got more views because he hid his ethnicity.

Honestly, I believe alcohol is like the drug of reactionaries. I become less mindful when I get drunk, and fall back on lazy thinking. It's why I won't drink more than 1 or 2 in days I do. That and it's really not good for my stomach.
My vice of choice instead is weed. All the social lubrication, without the lost of mindfulness. Not a fast mind, but not a dull one, either. Just fucked up enough to relax.
Like it doesn't make you a reactionary, but I feel that drunk people are way more likely to say reactionary crap, because reactionary thinking is lazy at best.
I think it simply lowers your inhibitions and allows the individual to more easily say what's on their mind, problem is that in a fundamentally liberal reactionary society those thoughts tend to err on the reactionary side

Absolutely. I just think weed is not a drug that encourages people to become fascist. That may change as it is more accept by wider society, and capitalism continues to co-opt the industry.

I used to watch Simon Whistler long ago, but I think that when I started culling my subscriptions he was one of the first to go. His channels are more clearly just pseudo-intellectual slop than even a lot of other channels in the niche of pseudo-intellectual slop. The same goes for Thoughty2.
