There are different types of showers…
Normal
At someone else’s house (confusing)
At a hotel (not as good of a clean)
After coming home from a trip (comforting)
Any others you know of?

Poop Juice, I’m glad you recognized, and seized the opportunity to secure a proper username while they were ripe for the picking. I salute you.
Also, this guy showers.
Midday after working outside and getting really dirty or sweaty, when it's still bright enough outside that you don't have to turn the lights on and the bathroom is only lit from the window, you're already so hot from working that the water has to start out lukewarm, and also you have a shower beer. My favorite kind.
And when you first get in, the water is noticeably warmer by the time it hits your feet because you're so warm. When your feet start getting the cool water, then and only then are you done.
Damn. You've really elegantly explained one of my favourite things. It's winter where I am, so I'm doing the 'more than one during the day just to warm up, temperature equal to surface of the sun' showers. Can't wait for the midday beer shower. So many months away.
My dad actually installed a hot water line to the backyard garden hose at my childhood home to make it less uncomfortable to hose the kids down when we got home from the beach.
Sitting down with hands over ears and water hitting head, contemplating the meaning of life.
This is my every morning shower for no less than 15 minutes. Somehow I come out ready for the day.
Camping shower. In a field with a swimming costume on, pouring a few cups of warm water over yourself.
Those showers at the beach to get sand off ya (relieving)
Light rain storms (comforting)
Golden showers (disgusting)
The panicked whirlwind shower when you slept through your alarm and are now super late
The steaming hot sick shower, when you are in the midst of a cold/flu and you just stand there with the water turned as hot as it will go, while you try to clear your poor sinuses.
It can help to drape a washcloth over the bridge of your nose to help keep the heat concentrated there longer.
