Mmmm tasty PFAS. Jk ofc I hate them and the people who pollute the world with them.

What are we supposed to eat? :(

Organics?

If you can afford it, that's a great option!

CSAs are cheaper than buying from middle men, in my experience. and they're usually organic.

What are csa's?

Community Supported Agriculture

Basically an org (usually nonprofit) serves as a buying club direct from a bunch of farmers, and they split the harvest amongst their members. Its a great way to get organics for cheap, and to support your local farmer.

This is exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for, thank you!

Bonus: some CSAs offer free food to organizers who help run the CSA (eg unload the truck and split-up the produce into boxes for each member, and organize pickups from the members).

So its a great way for people with more time than money to feed themselves healthy food for free

Oh man... My stupid brain thought of Dusty from Planes...
