Political posturing yes, but it's also slander. She should be able to sue directly, not the postion, whos seat is being challenged in the upcoming election.
I would agree, but what if 1% of politicians are fighting for what the people want and 99% fighting against it? I think in that case the first group would get those penalties (even if they're fighting for something genuinely correct)
