“It is important to remember that mathematical definitions develop and evolve. Throughout history, many mathematicians considered 1 to be a prime number although that is not now a commonly held view. So when debating if 1 is a prime number, I'm prepared to call it a draw."
I'm wondering, if you're a 16-year-old French person, can you vote in Belgium if you live there ? I guess you can, but I find that interesting.
I thought that you could vote in another EU country for local and European elections if you lived in it ? https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/residence/elections-abroad/index_en.htm
Edit: added "local and european elections"
We are talking about EU elections. You vote for candidates from your passport Country to the EU parliament in the Country you live in.
So i guess no, a french citizen living in Belgium can not vote at 16, but a belgian citizen living in France can vote at 16. Would be my guess.
