What is it? I was of the impression, given the context, that it was placing some doubtlessly stupid lie that Stalin somehow killed more indigenous Europeans (or whatever) than Hitler, and was thus trying to minimize Hitler's atrocities by contrast.
Think that the image is a height thing. Like Hitler being 0.7 meters because he's dead and the height would be his gravestone, Stalin's actual height, and Mussolini's height off the ground while his body was hanged
