The Taliban’s two years ruling Afghanistan have taught us ordinary human rights initiatives are insufficient to address gender apartheid. We need resolute collective international action.

What is an ellipses ?
If You mean the triple dot... It's just as a pause... Maybe about the same as punctuation/dot/period... Idk... Makes it easier to express myself I suppose..

Some ppl think 🤔 it's sarcasm ... But it's not how I use it; or what I use it for...

I guess this is my writing/ typing style... Maybe 😏🤔 a bad habbit I formed talking over social media over all these years... IDK TBH
