Article 5 of the EULA seems sketchy

"5. UPDATES
Larian Studios may deploy or provide patches, updates and modifications to the Game that must be installed for you to continue to play the Game. Larian Studios may update the Game remotely, and you hereby grant Larian Studios consent to deploy, download, install, and apply such patches, updates and modifications to your copy of the Game.”
I play through Steam and all my games get updated. Some games Require you to keep it up to date before they let you on their servers. So everyone is running the same version of the game. Or if they patch a vulnerable in the game they require that you have to install it.
I do not mind this.
