I've been on the internet long enough to once think awkward seal is the funniest shit in the world. Then to slowly become so jaded memes don't make me laugh but I'm still subbed to every meme sub..
I still can’t believe I used to think rage comics were hilarious. Even going and making a few while in class.
Or the deep-fried memes that were completely incomprehensible but defined a good year or so.
I think for a lot of us reddit was the first real message board we got seriously involved with. After a decade of toxicity and reposts we come here as grizzled veterans of the internet.
