Wonderful, after spending years insisting this was never going to happen and was a 'hoax', once it has started happening, people like this just insist the news is lying.
Once things get really bad they're probably going to find some way to blame "leftists" for everything.
People on the right in the USA and Canada have also been claiming that "liberals" started the wildfires in order to convince people of the climate change hoax. It's insane what they will do to avoid uncomfortable reality.
In Canada the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada, who has a decent chance of being elected PM, even accused Trudeau's government in Parliament of starting the fires. It's surprising that didn't get more media attention. You can hear him shout "started by your government" at 1:02 in this clip:
