Don't get me wrong he's definitely also saying that, I just don't understand what the "own" is supposed to be.
Right wing humour has two parts:
1: You, mr. Conservative are great, and are doing nothing wrong, you aren't a bad person regardless of how many people say that.
2: Those enemies are awful, just the worst, just horrible untermensch worthy of extermination.
It isn't a joke that is racist, it is racism using the skin of a joke to deflect criticism, like all right wing "humour" it is just about stroking their target audience's ego and confirming their preconceived notions. This is why they only have like, 3 jokes they just say over and over, it isn't a joke, it's jerking themselves off.
It's not about him not being racist. The joke is that being racist gets him girls so that's why he's racist.
That and it's saying "black people are the real racists" or something, I read it like this:
