I had this issue in the past with Path of Exile. The developer was adamant that any form of assistance was cheating. When asked about players with accessibility issues, complete silence.

I've never played diablo, I don't even pay much attention to it, but isn't it PvE? Why the fuck is it blizzard's business if people cheat?
The only reason I can see is if there are microtransactions and they want to milk those... In which case this is even worse.
