You should just tag things [Lesbian]. Let your audience decide if it's a warning or an invite. I'm an actual lesbian here for the lesbian stuff =P
You can change the entire post. You can swap out the picture, title, body text, everything. You could come back to a post and it be a completely different unrelated post.
